And know this: if you feel like wine or chocolate… You will be able to eat the damn thing! You only have one life and you deserve to enjoy it. Eat well, get up early, exercise, laugh and don’t be too harsh on yourself.

Lauren has really changed my perspective on lifestyle and fitness. Within weeks of mentoring and morning classes I was hooked. 4 months on and I still enjoy it as much as the first session and Lauren still finds creative ways of pushing you to your own limit every day.
